We all know that we live in the image world, and that a picture is able to supersede reality. When someone wants to adopt a dog, the first question that comes into his mind is “do you have pictures?”. And if they don’t reflect a positive image, you can forget about it, no matter how wonderful he is, he will stay without a home, they won’t even bother to see him in person. And Guinnevere Shuster knows that very well, you can tell by his projects about dogs in adoption. The latest one is this series of portraits with a photo booth effect, where every dog shows the best part of himself in four magic shots on a light gray background. Don’t tell me which dog you would adopt, tell me which one you wouldn’t. [iwwd]
